How does NBW Bank protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you.

How does NBW Bank collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Open an account or show your government-issued ID
  • Make deposits or withdrawals from your account
  • Pay your bills or apply for a loan
  • Use your credit or debit card

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus or other companies. 

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right limit only

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. 

  • NBW Bank has no affiliates.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. 

  • NBW Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. 

  • NBW Bank doesn't jointly market.

Notice of Relationship

The companies listed below are related to one another as subsidiaries of NEB Corporation, 130 S. Main Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. If you are a customer of any one of them, you may not be compelled to buy any service from any of the related companies in order to participate in any transaction with one of them. If you feel that you have been compelled to buy any product or service from any related company in order to participate in any transaction, you should contact the management of either company at one of the addresses listed.
